Sissy Hill, owner of Blazen Papillons, is a Texas Breeder of Champion Papillons and has received AKC (American Kennel Club) Breeder of Merit status for her dedication and hard work to produce Papillons that are healthy, capable, and beautiful. We maintain health-tested parents for healthier puppies through the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals).
